Our Concept

Individual Multisport Training 

In these one-on-one sessions, children get a chance to try out different sports and discover what they enjoy. They gain a variety of movement experiences through playful and age-appropriate activities.

Level Up Training (Basketball/Football)

These sessions are designed for children who already have some experience in basketball or football. The training includes individual focus areas to help them progress quickly in their chosen sport, based on their current skill level.

Multisport & Level Up Group Classes 

These sessions are designed for small groups of 2 to 4 friends who want to enjoy sports together and gain experience through our multisport approach. They are also ideal for children who want to develop their skills specifically in basketball or football and take their game to the next level.

Active Together - Parent & Child Training

Individually designed training sessions for parents who want to get active while their children are training. In this concept, parents and children either train alongside each other or enjoy shared activities through playful and engaging exercises (group size limited to 2 children and 2 adults - price available on request).

1 on 1 Online Training

Our live online training focuses on improving coordination skills and physical fitness in a home setting. It allows children to stay active even if they are unable to attend in-person sessions due to scheduling or logistical reasons. The compact format makes it easy to integrate into everyday life.
